All images, text, graphics, logos, branding, and content on this website are the property of Pop of Molly Photography and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Clients may share delivered images online for personal use with proper credit to Pop of Molly Photography, but may not edit, apply filters, or sell the images without permission.
Booking & Payments
Photography services are secured only after a signed contract and required retainer/payment are received.
Clients are responsible for:
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
In the event of cancellation by the client, payments made may be non-refundable as outlined in the photography contract.
If the photographer is unable to perform services due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, reasonable efforts will be made to provide a replacement photographer or reschedule services when possible.
Image Delivery & Editing
Final edited images are delivered at the photographer’s artistic discretion and style.
RAW/unedited images are not included and will not be provided.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on season, workload, and project type. Estimated turnaround times will be communicated in the client contract or correspondence.
Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide high-quality services and preserve client images, Pop of Molly Photography is not liable for:

Booking & Payments

- Retainers and deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed contract.
- Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in the contract.
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services or withholding of final galleries.
Clients are responsible for:
- Arriving on time
- Obtaining necessary permits or permissions for photography locations
- Communicating important schedule details, special moments, or restrictions prior to the session/event
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
In the event of cancellation by the client, payments made may be non-refundable as outlined in the photography contract.
